sylvester stalloneSylvester Stallone was originally born on July 6, 1946, in Hell's Kitchen as Michael Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone. He is the oldest son of Francesco "Frank" Stallone Sr. who was an Italian hairdresser, aswell being Jackie Stallone Sr., the astrologer/dancer. Frank Stallone Sr, his younger brother is an actor musician and hairdresser. Sylvester was paralyzed on the left lower part of his face due to complications that occurred during birth. The actor now sports his iconic "snarling" expression as well as a slight high pitched voice. Due to the tense relationship between his parents, Stallone spent his first years in foster care. The couple divorced later. Stallone was a drama student at the American College in Switzerland before making the move to the University of Miami. Stallone left school to explore acting in New York City.
