Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast who was born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. She is considered to be one of the most outstanding athletes. As a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to win four gold medals at the same Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is the only person to have three world championships in succession. Biles was raised at Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria received adoption by parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was first drawn to gymnastics when she was only six years old. Coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went to an excursion. Biles has won the gold and bronze medals in the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise before her debut in 2011 at the top division of the competition. In just two years, she been the best in this particular discipline. Biles stood out for her constant performance her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of challenge she made in each event--vault, uneven bars, balance beam and ground exercises.
