Dua Lipa Dua Lipa, an English singer-songwriter was born in London on 22 August 1995. Her debut self-titled album debuted in 2017 following her joined Warner Bros Records. Dua Lipa was born in London on August 22 1995 to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa Rexha and Dukagjin Lipa. By virtue of her maternal grandmother, she has Bosnian ancestry. Her ancestors also come from the Kosovo town Peja. The two grandparents of Lipa were both historians. Her siblings include Rina and Gjin.
